Vitamin B3 - 500 mg Pure: plays an important role in the production of 2 coenzymes in the body: NAD (Coenzyme 1) and NADP (Coenzyme 11). These enzymes are involved in more than 200 biochemical reactions in the body. This vitamin is formed to a limited extent from tryptophan.

Niacin is known to cause a "flush", whereby the skin becomes red and warm, often accompanied by a burning, irritating and / or itchy feeling.
Niacinamide is a form of niacin with an amide group linked to it and does not cause a "niacin flush" in this form.
