Growing our vegetables on mineral-poor soil in our regions requires extra intake, especially of selenium.
Contents: 60 capsules.
Main ingredient: 100 mcg selenium (L-Selenomethionine) per capsule. Yeast free.
RI*: selenium = 181.8%.

anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate
Use: 1 capsule per day.
Minimum intake: we recommend 3 months, 60 capsules is enough for about 60 days.
Absolutely free of: lactose, sugar, preservatives and synthetic colors, fragrances and flavors.
