Hormone preparation

Melatonin is a hormone secreted in human pineal gland (pineal gland), produced from serotonin, and in a time of day variation in quantity of the blood and cerebrospinal fluid.
Melatonin has receptors in a large number of tissues.
In some European countries, it’s only available by prescription.

Contents: 120 tablets.

Main Ingredients: each tablet contains 299 mcg of melatonin.

Other ingredients:
excipients: cellulose from plants, vegetable magnesium stearate, dextrose.

Dosage:
to shorten sleep time: 1 tablet short (1 to 2 hours) before bedtime.
for jet lag: 1 tablet shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination.

Minimum intake: we recommend 3 weeks, 120 tablets is enough for about 120 days.

Absolutely free of: yeast, lactose, sugar, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors and fragrances.
