This naturally occurring amino alcohol is produced by the brain, with higher concentrations being found in anchovies and sardines.
Most researchers think that it can serve anti-choline and acetylcholine. (DMAE was most commonly used to improve memory and focus)

Main Ingredient: 250 mg DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol bitartrate) per capsule.

Ingredients:
