Coconut oil contains valuable nutrients such as various saturated fatty acids (including lauric acid, capric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and caprylic acid), phytosterols, iron, potassium and selenium.
Coconut oil is a so-called MCT fatty acid (Medium Chain Triglyceride). MCT fatty acids are fats that are not stored in the body.

Lauric acid 50%
Myristic acid 13%
Caprylic acid 9%
Palmitic acid 10%
Capric acid 8%
Oleic acid 5%
Stearic acid 2%
Linoleic acid 3%
Content: 60 capsules.
Main ingredient: per capsule 1000 mg coconut oil (organic, extra virgin).
Ingredients:
excipient: vegetable glycerin
colorant: titanium dioxide.
gelatin capsule.
Use: 1 to 2 capsule (s) per day.
Minimum intake: we recommend 3 months, 60 capsules is enough for about 30 days.
